OR those like the "designer" earlier who believes only "personal experience" determines something called "racial bias" against Black people and not "racism." It is, as you say, "inherited" and has to be--if it can be--fought off by white people (I choose not to capitalize that word) after they have been indoctrinated by parents and other elements in their "system." How better than through the educational system which has been struggling to do so ever since the idea of "multiculturalism" was introduced decades ago?
