We have people here who do actively share their stories and feelings about mental health issues—their own and others—and you are discovering those communities in KTHT and Invisible Illness, thankfully. So don’t be too discouraged, please. The traps here are the same as they are in “real life,” of course. Try to avoid them. And always be willing to ask for help. Someone will always be around, I’ll bet. You write well and that, around here, is a plus!
