Ah. For me it was always the Jardins de Luxembourg and the memory of sad Queen Maria. The starling will eat it, and appreciate it, hungry little thing (and blessing you, somehow, I'm certain)....but I wouldn't (eat it, that is...)! Not anymore. Save the planet! Even the salmon as they struggle.

Having a baguette with goat cheese and olive paste with some sun-dried tomato on top this afternoon. All organic. Whatever might be leftover goes to the raccoons...or that hungry coyote that wanders around these days.
