I know. I know. There are "LA people" and there are (croses fingers to ward off the vampire) "NOT-LA people." Three guesses. Some of my best friends are LA People. Honest. I have family there. Somewhere. Probably Dodger fans (sticks finger in mouth). It's okay. I don't hold it against MOST people. It's not as though you can help it. Can you? I mean I can't help living in Tennessee. I BEG people to help me get out of here. That doesn't work. So I assume people laugh at someone begging them for help to get out of California.

My only issue is that having lived in both San Diego and the Bay Area don't you feel just a TEENSY bit...I don't know...traitorous? I would. But then, I too am a lapsed Catholic of sorts so I always feel like a traitor having left. I think Tielhard de Chardan would have had trouble living in LA.

It's wonderful to have met you. I look forward to more, LA Woman. Remember to duck.
